Car Parking:
Car parking is available at $25 per night. Parking can only be arranged on arrival; it cannot be reserved in advance. Please note the parking is located to the rear of the hotel on 25 Bond Street. Please pull into the tiled entrance of the hotel to check in. If there are not any parks available on-site, hotel staff can arrange parking at the Lombard parking building (located directly behind the hotel). Hotel staff will sort this at reception for $25 on arrival. A 1.8 metre height restriction applies.
Check-in:
Please check in with your surname and Hamilton City Brass. A credit card guarantee is required when you check in to cover incidentals. If you do not have a credit card, you will be asked for a $200 cash bond on arrival which will be refunded on departure if no services have been used.

It right next to the Basin Reserve. The Chapel is the building at the front.
There is plenty of parking. Take the small driveway straight after the pedestrian crossing (gate 2) and head up the hill to the carpark.
The entrance to the chapel is on the left under the covered walkway as you go up this drive.
A and B Grade Events are in the Michael Fowler Centre.
C, D and Youth Grade Events are in The Wellington Opera House.

Withdrawal meeting:
Wednesday at 9:00am in Hall 2.
Venues:
Halls 1-4 are in Te Whaea.
Hall 5 is in Tawhiri Warehouse which is adjacent to Te Whaea
Free parking is available in the area adjacent to Te Whaea.
The warm-up room for all halls is located upstairs and accessed from the plaza at Te Whaea.
On Wednesday only, the room behind Hall Four will be used as the warm-up room.
